Once you get in touch, we will contact you within a couple of days to arrange an initial meeting with one of our directors. This is an opportunity for us to find out more about you, your business and what you are looking to achieve.
After that, you will have a further opportunity to speak with members of our management team and discuss things with our other AR managers, so you can get a clear sense of how we work and whether we are the right fit for one another.
If both sides want to move forward, we will begin the onboarding process. This includes the application paperwork and a one day induction course delivered over Teams or Zoom by our experienced external compliance consultant.

Once you get in touch, we arrange an initial call with one of our directors to understand you, your business and your ambitions. You will then have the opportunity to speak with the wider management team and other AR managers before moving into onboarding, including application paperwork and a one-day remote induction.

We aim to respond within a couple of days of your enquiry to arrange an initial conversation. The full timeline then depends on your circumstances and the pace at which both sides are ready to move through onboarding. FCA approval typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on whether an existing or a brand new AR.
